Donald Culbertson

Donald S. Culbertson died June 6, 2002 in Bremerton, WA. He was 68.He was born April 11, 1934 in Cincinnati, OH to Dwayne and Madeline (Gillespie) Culbertson.He graduated from Lincoln High School in Seatle, WA. in 1951. He also graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1959.He was in the U.S. Army from April 7, 1953 to January 10, 1956 and achieved rank of SP3(T). He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Gold Conduct Medal.Donald loved boating, computers, wood working, tennis and stamp collecting.He is survived by sons James Culbertson of Vashon Island and Jeff Culbertson of Anchorage, AK., daughter Julie McGill of Los Gatos, CA., sister Barbara Allen of Seattle, WA., aunt Marty Bailey also of Seattle, WA. He is survived by 5 grandchildren: Chris Culbertson, Brandon Kinkade, Hannah Baskin, Rachel McGill, and Michael Culbertson.There will be a private service.
