Donald Malone

Donald C. Malone died March 31, 2003 at St. Joe's Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.He was born September 10, 1914 in Colby, Washington to Charles and Anabel (Mix) Malone.He graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, Washington in 1932.Donald married Lillie A. (Porter) Malone November 18, 1949 in Port Orchard, Washington.Donald was a machinist (inside) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for 34 1/2 years - retiring in 1972.He was a Mason in the Bremerton Lodge; enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and gardening.He was a Lutheran.He is survived by son - Dale E. Malone of Aptof, California; daughters - Elaine Rundstrom (and husband, John) of Lincoln City, Oregon, Sue Potts (and husband, Bob) of Newport, Oregon, Kathleen Cook of Vallejo, California; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie A.
