Donna Stansgar

Donna Mae Stansgar, 73, of Port Orchard, Washington died July 3, 2000 in Seattle, Washington. She was born on November 17, 1926 in Keystone, Nebraska to James and Amy (Bogar) Dew. She graduated from Keystone High School in 1943. Donna married George J. Stansgar on November 14, 1965 in Bremerton, Washington. Mrs. Stansgar graduated from Olympic College in Bremerton in 1965. She was a Homemaker and a Licensed Practical Nurse at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington for 55 years. Her interests included crocheting beautiful masterpieces and cooking for family and friends.Donna is survived by her husband George; sons Michael F. Adams of Tacoma, Washington, Carlton Dew Adams of Port Orchard, Washington; Carl B. Adams of Bellingham, Washington and James Edward Stansgar of Port Orchard; daughter Deborah Joella Adams O'Keefe of Port Orchard; 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, July 7, 2000 at Sunset Lane in Port Orchard, Washington. Memorials may be made to the Donna Mae Stansgar Memorial Fund at any Key Bank Branch.
