Dorothy Dildine

Dorothy Dildine, 89, of Port Orchard, Washington died January 10, 2003 at Ridgemont Terrace in Port Orchard.Dorothy was born September 11, 1913 in Hampton, Nebraska To Lloyd & Bertha (Collinson) Dory. She graduated from Hampton High School and attended Beauty College at Grand Island, Nebraska. On July 19, 1947 she married Elwin Dildine in Shelton, Washington. Elwin died in 1992. Dorothy was a Beautician in Port Orchard since 1943. She loved golf, traveling, and yardwork. Her memberships included the Lady Elks, Eagles, VFW, Soroptimist, and Doughters of the Nile.Dorothy is survived by 2 brothers- Allan Dory of Moses Lake and Donald Dory of Overland Park, Kansas. She was preceded in death by a brother- Maurice and 3 sisters- Alice, Esther and Gladys.Inurnment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard.
