Dorothy Mary Paulson, age 73, died June 28, 2000 at her residence in Gig Harbor, Washington. She was born December 8, 1926 in Washington, D.C. to Samuel and Amelia Paulson.Mrs. Paulson married David Paulson April 3, 1970 in Bayview, Washington. Dorothy attended San Diego High School in California where she graduated in 1944.Her main career was a Marine-Radio Operator with Alaska Communication systems for 10 years.Her interests was with the Emblem Club of Kodiak, Alaska and Gig Harbor Key Peninsula Lutheran Church.Dorothy is survived by sons; Charles Valen of Redmond, WA, Steven Valen of Polson, Montana, and Bradley Paulson of Anacortes, WA; daughter Lisa Paulson of Anacortes, WA; brother Stephen Smith of San Diego, CA.;8 grandchildren and her Cat-Peaches.Memorial services will be held July 7, 2000 1:00PM at Key Peninsula Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, Washington. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society Kitsap Unit,P.O.
