Dorothy Wilson

Dorothy Marie Wilson was born December 28, 1930 and passed away October 29, 2009 from cancer. Our most passionate and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend slipped from our arms to enter forever peace in Heaven.  Dorothy was the most talented and vibrant personality and dedicated heart of any saint on earth.  Dorothy married the man of her dreams in Winnemucca, Nevada and made their first home in Port Orchard.  She overcame any obstacle put in her path, reaching out for new and exciting adventures.  Although Dorothy could do anything she put her mind to, and was an accomplished seamstress and artist, she proudly expressed that her greatest work was her family.  Dorothy is survived by her husband, Bob Wilson; sons Robert, Mark & Mike Wilson; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. The family asks that you join them for a Memorial Service at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 2:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the American Cancer Foundation.
