Douglas Hewitt

Douglas P. Hewitt, 58 of Lynnwood, Washington died on March 20, 2005 in Seattle, Washington. He was born on August 16, 1946 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania to Robert & Arlys (Setran) Hewitt. Douglas graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, Washington in 1962. He worked as a Laborer with Sheltered Work Shop of Seattle. He was active with Special Olympics and enjoyed playing cards. Douglas was a former member of Elim Lutheran Church in Port Orchard. Survivors include his Step-Mother, Marilyn Hewitt of Walla Walla, Washington; half-sisters Tracey & Holly Hewitt, both of Walla, Walla; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Renae Doble, and niece Christine Doble. Funeral service will be at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard on Saturday, March 26, 2005 at 10:00 am with interment following at Sunset Lane Memorial Park.
