Duk Shin

Beloved son, father and grandfather Duk Won Shin, 60, died at his home in Port Orchard, WA on December 18, 2011.  He was born January 29, 1951 in Yoju, South Korea to Young Woon Shin & Chong Hee Park. Duk owned a business working with Home Depot in Port Orchard as a Contractor for 10 years.  He enjoyed fishing, wood working and gardening. Surviving are son Jae H. Shin of Bellevue, WA; daughter Keum (Luke) Bird of Oak Harbor, WA; grandchildren Leah (8) & Kaylah (1) Bird; his parents Chong & Clayton “Pat” Locke; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Graveside Service at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard.
