Edith Hartley

Edith C. Hartley, age 96, died May 27, 2001 in Port Orchard, WA. She was born June 17, 1904 in Stevenson, Alabama to Eugene and Maudie (Overholt) Barton.Mrs. Hartley married William Hartley in Denver, Colorado, on May 23, 1923. She was a homemaker, loved to tell her family and friends about Jesus, and was a member of the Assembly of God Church.Mrs. Hartley is survived by her son William Hartley, of Port Orchard, WA; daughter Velda Manning of Huntington Beach, CA; sister Agnes Mincer of Denver, CO; 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, WA.
