Edith White

Edith Lucille White, age 84, died July 20, 1999 in Port Orchard, WA.  She was born March 28, 1915 in Elberfeld, IN to Hiram and Minnie Greer. She was raised in Elberfeld, IN and graduated from Elberfeld High School in 1933.  On June 12, 1943 she married Walter 'Ray' White.  She was a homemaker. She was also a member of the First Lutheran Church in Port Orchard, WA., the Golden Friendship Bible Study and the OWLS Senior Group.  She is survived by her brother Russell Lee Greer, of Sacramento, CA., Wayne Vincent Greeg, of Evansville, IN., and sister Jean Delea Hahn, of Port Orchard, WA.  She was preceded in death by her husband Ray in 1991, and brother Deloyd H. Greer in 1995.  Visitation will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX July 23, 1999 from 4:00-7:00p.m.  Funeral services will be held July 24, 1999 at 10:00a.m. also at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.  Interment will follow the services at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, TX.  Memorial donations may be made to First Lutheran Church, 2483 Mitchell Ave., Port Orchard, WA, 98366.
