Edmund C Wilson
October 10, 1940 - January 14, 2019
Ed lived life to the fullest and as he put it; did everything he wanted to do in his life. Nothing was done in moderation, it was stop or full speed ahead no matter what he was doing. He worked hard and played hard. Ed was a true outdoorsmans. Deer hunting, elk hunting, duck hunting, trout fishing and salmon fishing were yearly must do activities until his health became an issue. Ed and Ledine married in August 1960 and had four daughters; Cindy Lutz, Susan McAskill, Tammy Woolley and Mary Wilson. He spoiled them but also taught them a lot of life lessons along the way. Ed started working at PSNS as a welder apprentice in 1960 and worked his way up to Reactor Plant General Foreman, retiring in 1994. After his retirement, winters were spent in Yuma, Arizona and spring and summers were spent traveling and metal detecting. Ed enjoyed riding his Harley and restoring classic cars. He restored a '69 Mustang, '32 Ford Coupe and was currently working on a 1950 Ford F1 Truck. He played Santa Claus for several years and spent all the money he earned towards buying toys for kids. Every year since, he has continued donating toys to giving trees around our town.
He will be missed.
