Edward Kaplan

Edward F. Kaplan, 61, lost his 2 year battle with Multiple Myeloma on his 16th Wedding Anniversary, May 17th. He will forever be remembered as a kind, gentle & loving man. After his retirement from PSNS in May 2006 Ed enjoyed his music, watching sports, spending time with friends & family and telling stories of his Brooklyn days, but, most of all being married to Judy. He was preceded in death by his Father Sol Kaplan. Ed is survived by his wife Judy; mother Betty Kaplan and brother Harvey of Miami, Fl; a step-daughter Jenni (Kaplan) Dean & two beautiful grandchildren Jesse & Anthony of Hampstead, NC. Along with many very close family members and a wealth of dear friends. Also an adopted daughter Amanda in Tacoma. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Ed Kaplan fund @ any Washington Mutual bank. A memorial service will be held at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard on Friday May 25th at 3pm. An on-line memorial can be viewed & signed at www.rill.com
