Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth A. Jones, Age:96, resident of Port Orchard, Washington, died on December 10, 2001 in Port Orchard. Elizabeth was born on September 8, 1905 in Maquoketa, Iowa to Frank and Margaret(Reistroffer) Goldschmit. On September 27, 1923 Elizabeth married Minard Jones in White Lake, South Dakota. He preceded her in death in 1970.She spent her life as a Homemaker.Mrs. Jones is survived by a son, Laurance Jones of Poulsbo, Washington; a daughter, Betty Lou Blomgren of Tacoma, Washington; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Richard Jones.A memorial service will be held in her honor at First Baptist Church of Port Orchard, on Saturday, December 15, 2001 at 11 A.M.. Pastor Jamie Greening will be officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard.Arrangements are under direction of Rill Chapel,Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home in Port Orchard.
