Enid Waterman Bean, 77 of Bremerton, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital on November 11, 2000. She was born on April 12, 1923 in Kenilworth, Utah to Cecil William & Blanche (Grange) Waterman. She graduated from Carbon High School in Price Utah in 1941. Enid married William Joseph Bean on February 25, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah.Mrs. Bean was a Homemaker and Administrative Assistant with the Bremerton School District. She was a member of the Business Professional Women and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed swimming.Surviving are her husband; sons William Bean of Forest Grove, Oregon, Phillip Bean of Bremerton, David Bean of Poulsbo, Washington, and Douglas Bean of Port Orchard; daughter Jeanette Warner of Lawson, Missouri; sisters Jean Madsen of Bountiful, Utah, Maurine Craig of Price, Utah, and Elaine Burgener of Provo, Utah; 18 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister Florine Waterman.Visitation Monday, November 13, 2000 from 6:30 to 8:30pm at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard. Graveside Service on Tuesday, November 14, 2000 at 10:30am at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard. Memorial Service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Nels Nelson Road in Silverdale on Tuesday, November 14, 2000 at 2:00pm. Memorial donations may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Missionary Fund, c/o Bishop William Butherus, 2389 NE Blossom Place, Bremerton, WA 98311.
