Ernie C. Percival

Ernie C. Percival, 41, of Manchester, died September 20, 2014 at his residence of a heart attack. Ernie was born December 30, 1972 in Quezon City, Manila on the Philipine Islands to Clifford & Clara Percival. He spent most of his life living in Port Orchard graduating from South Kitsap High School in 1990. Ernie loved bowling and was a friend to almost everybody. Survivors include his parents - Clifford & Clara, a daughter - Shayna and his maternal grandmother - Maria Cardines. There will be a Blessing of his body at 10am Wednesday, Oct. 1st with a veiwing, video tribute presentation and reception following at Rill's Life Tribute Center. An Inurnment graveside service and white dove release is also scheduled the next day, 2:30pm, Thursday, Oct 2nd at Sunset Lane Cemetery.
