Esther Trigg

Esther June Trigg, 77 of Port Orchard, WA died at Harrison Hospital on February 12, 2008. She was born April 13, 1930 in Pitcairn, PA to Sam & Mary (Fennell) Ciccotelli. She graduated from Belmont High in Los Angeles, CA in 1948 and married Barney Joe Trigg in December 1950 in Las Vegas, NV. He preceded her in death in 1964. Esther worked for 10 years as a Cashier at Walmart in Port Orchard, retiring in 2007. She also worked as an Admin Assistant at various VA Hospitals in CA for 26 years. Esther enjoyed crafts, classic movies, gardening, church, reading (mostly mysteries), country music, dancing, traveling - and most of all her family. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard. Surviving are daughters Wanda (George) Iskiyan of Quartz Hill, CA, Debra (Michael) Conley of Bishop, CA, and Terri (Gary) Moyer of Port Orchard; son Curtis (Ruth) Trigg of Port Orchard; brother Joseph Ciccotelli of Eagle Rock, CA; sister Pauline Wilkins of Norwalk, CA; grandchildren Travis (Elizabeth), Brandon, Alicia, Andrea, Arianna, Joshua, Alexandra (Erik), Michael, Beth, Emily, Wesley & Ricky; and great-grandchildren Steven, Tyler, Dylan & Ethan. She was preceded in death by brother Johnny Ciccotelli & sisters Carmella Davidson & Tooties Bernette. Funeral Mass at Noon on February 23rd at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard, followed at 1:30 pm by a Memorial Service at Rill's Life Tribute Center, also in Port Orchard. Mom was always there for her family - all of us - kids, grandkids & great-grandkids. To listen & give advice, always with love and support. She was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
