Ethel Lott McGee, 96, of Port Orchard, died November 9, 2018 in Shelton, Washington.
She was born on May 1, 1922 at Hattiesburg, MS., where she lived until she graduated from high school.
On Jan 2, 1943 she and Burnice McGee were married in Purvis, MS.
Ethel came to Port Orchard in 1953 with her husband, who was with the Nike Missile program.
She was a rural route letter carrier until her retirement in 1985.
Ethel was a member of First Baptist Church in Port Orchard since 1953; where she will be remembered primarily as a preschool teacher.
She is survived by a daughter, Ellen Macomber of Shelton; a son, Bill, of Port Orchard; grandchildren, great grandchildren.
