Filipe Ancheta

Felipe L. Ancheta died August 13, 2002 at his home in Port Orchard, Washington. He was 92.He was born May 1, 1910 in the Philippine Islands to Santiago and Eugenia (Lopez) Ancheta.He married Maria T. (Tabafunda) Ancheta in the Philippine Islands in 1936.Felipe was a landscape maintenance person for 15 years. He also was a fish cannery worker in Alaska for 15 years.He was a member of Pacific Northwest Ilocandia and a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard.He is survived by son - Andres T. Ancheta of Belfair, Washington and daughter - Antonia A. Tabtab of Port Orchard, Washington.A viewing will be Monday, August 19, 2002 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Rosary with reception will be held Monday August 19, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.
