Florence A. Dahlner, age 88, died September 16, 1999 in Port Orchard, Washington. She was born January 4, 1911 in Peever, S.D. to Frank and Anna (O'Bryan) Dudeck where she was raised. She graduated from Peever High School in 1928 and from College of St. Benedicts in Collegeville, MN in 1932. She was a school teacher in Hastings, MN for 3 years where she taught home economics. She retired in 1937 after meeting her husband. She married Harry Dahlner, July 10, 1937 in Peever, S.D. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Jennie L. Miller Children's Hospital Guild and the Kitsap County Home Economists. She is survived by her son Harry G. Dahlner II of Woodinville, WA., daughers; Ann Willette of Enumclaw, WA., Esther Hunsaker of Port Orchard, WA., sister Jerry Abel of Brookings, S.D., 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Harry G. Dahlner, and her great grandchild Spencer Murphy. A rosary will be held Friday at 7:00p.m., September 17, 1999 at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, WA. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 1999. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Jennie L.
