Florence Darling

Florence Colleen Darling, 78 of Bremerton died in Port Orchard on April 22, 2008. She was born July 28, 1929 in Poulsbo, Washington. She graduated from Central Kitsap High School in Silverdale, Washington in 1947 and married Eugene Clare Darling on June 29, 1951 in Forks, Washington. He preceded her in death in 2001. Colleen worked as an Avon Sales Representative in the Bremerton Area for many years. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and tatting. She enjoyed gatherings of family and friends at her home. Surviving are son Ricky (Patti) Darling of Bremerton and daughter Vicki Darling of Bremerton. She was preceded in death by sister Marion King. Graveside service at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 25, 2008 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bremerton. Memorial donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Washington Chapter, 192 Nickerson Street, Suite 100, Seattle WA 98109.
