Florence Lentz

Florence Evelyn Lentz, Age:76, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington of heart failure on March 16, 2002. Florence was a life long resident of Port Orchard.Florence was born on January 11, 1926 in Port Orchard to Edgar and Emma(Stone)Anderson. She attended South Kitsap High School. She spent her life as a Homemaker.Florence was a member of Washington Old Time Fiddlers, and the Associated Clubs of Waterman. She was a member of Elim Lutheran Church in Port Orchard.Florence is survived by a daughter, Sonia Lee Cabrera of Georgia; son, Don Lentz of Olympia, Washington; brother, Ed Anderson of Port Orchard; sister, Blanche Clark of Pe Ell, Washington; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and fourteen nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Pal Lentz; a brother, Lewis Anderson; and a sister, Grace Steele.A social gathering will be held in remembrance of Florence Lentz at the Associated Clubs of Waterman on Hillcrest Road on Saturday, April 6, 2002 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.. Memorial donations may be made to the Associated Clubs of Waterman, Post Office Box 713, Manchester, Washington, 98353.All arrangements are under direction of Rill Chapel, Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home and Crematory in Port Orchard.
