Frances M. Boe, 78, of Port Orchard, Washington died May 15, 1999 at her residence.  She was born September 13, 1920 to William & Josephine (Rose) Hall in Omaha, Nebraska.On May 24, 1943 she married Alfred Boe in San Francisco, California. She was a homemaker and a member of the Port Orchard Eagles.Surviving family include 3 daughters: Mary Frances Prosser of Charlotte, NC; Jeanette Kay Smith of Bremerton, Wa; Alice Christine Silvey of San Jose, Ca; 7 Grandchildren: David Prosser, Theresa Watson, Alyce Cameron, Robyn Kellam, Cheryl Jarvis, Matthew Silvey, Jennifer Coy; and 7 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Boe January 18,1999.Funeral services will be 2pm May 19, 1999 at Rill Chapel.
