Francis Evans,

Francis 'Noel' Evans, II, 65, died at his home in Port Orchard on October 18, 1999.  He was born May 10, 1934 in Pittsburg, California to Francis Noel and Florence Clair (DeForce) Evans.  Noel was raised in Berkley, California.  He married Charlene A. Colon on March 17, 1984 in Port Orchard, Washington.Mr. Evans worked at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as an Insulator retiring in 1996.  He served in the United States Navy from 1951 to 1954 during the Korean Conflict.Surviving are his wife; sons Stacy & Jack Evans, both of Tacoma, Tom, Tim, Fritz Baxter and Eric Christian, all of Colorado; daughter Jayquetta Smith of Vacaville, California; numerous grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.No services scheduled in accordance with Noel's wishes.
