Francis ''Frenchy'' Foucher, 61, of Port Orchard, Washington died September 4, 2000 at his home. He was born July 5, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to Francis & Josephine Foucher. Frenchy attended High School in San Diego, California and graduated in 1958.He was a Boiler Technician 3rd class in the Navy from 1958 to 1962. He was an Reactor Plant General Foreman at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington for 31 years upon retiring in 1993. Mr. Foucher was a member of the Farmers Market Association and he enjoyed golfing.Surviving is his wife Vivian, sons Jason and Michael Foucher both of Port Orchard; step-sons Paul and Bill Keyser of Grass Valley, California; Bob Keyser of Penn Valley, California; Joe Keyser of Texas and Rich Keyser of Iowa; daughters Janice '' Lynne '' of Port Orchard, Kimberli Miller of Bremerton, Washington; step-daughter Lou Ann Keyser of Hawaii, parents Francis and Josephine of Grass Valley, California, brother Albert Sear's of Yuma, Arizona, sister Louise Morley of Grass Valley, California, 13 grandchildren. Frenchy was preceded in death by his first wife of 39 years, Janice D. Foucher in 1998 and brother Darnell Foucher.A memorial service will be held at Rill Chapel September 8, 2000 at 7:30 PM with inurnment on Saturday September 9, 2000 at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.
