Francisco Pereira

Francisco Antonino Pangelinan Pereira, 71 of Bremerton, Washington died on November 30, 2007. He was born May 10, 1936 in Mangilao, Guam to Ignacio & Genoveva (Pangelinan) Pereira. He married Frances Mary Towner on April 28, 1962 in Mangilao, Guam. Francisco worked for 35 years as a Foreman Electronics in Shop 67 at the Ship Repair Facility in Guam, retiring in 1991. He also worked for U.S. Realty in Agana, Guam. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, BBQ'ing, & telling his many stories and jokes. Surviving are his wife Frances Mary Towner Pereira (Familian Gabit-Towner, Agana Heights, Guam); children/spouses/grandchildren Geno & Darlene Pereira (Gena, Paige, Madison) Umatac, GU, Celina & Hank Palomo (Justin & Haley) Bremerton, WA, Nicole & Mark Melcher (Drew, Lauren & Brandon) Bremerton, WA, and Yadi & Lupe Salazar (Sirenna) Bremerton, WA; and siblings & spouses Andrea & Jose Campos, Chalan Pago, GU, Carmen & Antonio Baza, Vallejo, CA, Henedina & Antonio Roberto, Ipan, GU, Antonia & Francisco (dec) Mesa, Latte Heights, GU, Emmanuel & Y'asela Pereira, Mangilao, GU, Priscilla & Jose Cruz, Mangilao, GU, Rosita P. Kim, Chalan Pago. GU, Jose & Agnes Pereira, Bremerton, WA, and Edward (dec) & Janet Pereira, Latte Heights, GU. He was preceded in death by his parents Ignacio & Genoveva Pereira, brother Edward P. Pereira, mother-in-law Fidela Towner, and father-in-law William Towner. Visitation begins at 6:00 pm Thursday, December 7, 2007 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Bremerton with viewing from 10:00 am. Burial at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard followed by a reception at Rill's Life Tribute Center.
