Francisco Ulloa

Francisco C. Ulloa died August 15, 2002 at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. He was 67.He was born October 24, 1934 in Guam to Francisco and Teresa (Cepeda) Ulloa.Francisco served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1955. He later served as Messenger Clerk with the Department of Vocational Rehab for the Government of Guam and retired in 1996.He was formerly a boxer in the Army, loved children, gardening, bird watching and feeding, and was a prankster.He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.Francisco marrried Judith (Pablo) Ulloa February 4, 1978 in Guam.He is survived by his wife Judith Ulloa of Port Orchard, Washington; daughter Therese Ulloa of Port Orchard, Washington; brother George Ulloa of Guam; sisters Rosalia Del Rosario of Guam, Estefania Leakes of San Diego, California, Lucy Blas of El paso, Texas, and Dorothy Millar of Guam. He was preceded in death by his brother Roman.Interment will be at the Guam Memorial Park in Leyang, Barrigada, Guam.
