Frank was born in his family home in Kapowsin, Washington to Antonia and Lolita D'Andrea on September 24, 1923. He grew up and lived in Pierce and Kitsap counties all his life.
He deeply loved his family and had a special affinity for animals. He enjoyed gardening, dancing, camping, building things, reading and spending time with friends and helping out those he knew or had need.
He is survived by his children, Cecilia, Frank, Marion, Cheri and Antonio; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
