Frank Ross Haberlach, 64, of Port Orchard, WA, died Saturday, January 7, 2006, at Highline Medical Center in Burien, WA. He was born to Frank and Justine (Peake Weatherford) Haberlach on April 9, 1941, in Portland, OR. He was raised in Clackamas, OR, and attended high school there. After a brief career with Boeing as an industrial engineer, he started his insurance business. Frank served two years on the Port Orchard City Council, was a past president of the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, president of the Olympic Peninsula Life Underwriters Association and Performing Arts Guild. He also was an active and a former board member of the Port Orchard Rotary. He is survived by his wife, Irina; son, Scott Haberlach; daughter, Anita Norris; stepdaughter, Katia Grokhovskaya; his mother, Justine Haberlach; brother, Bill Haberlach; sister, Ann Chenhall; stepsisters, Karla Gray and Kay Haberlach; and two grandchildren. Services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2006, 11:00AM, at Rill?s Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
