Franklin Hallman

Frank W. Hallman, 65, a resident of Port Orchard died July 13, 2007 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton from Cancer. He was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania to Frank W. and Jane (Bateman) Hallman, Sr. on July 28, 1941. Frank graduated from Quakertown High School in Quakertown, Pennsylvania in 1958 and graduated from LaSalle College with a Bachelors Degree in Electron Physics and Mathematics in 1970.      He married Winnie Surmack in Dillon, South Carolina on July 3, 1960. He was employed with Motorola, General Instruments and Intel as a very successful Semi Conductor Engineer and worked his way up to General Manager at both General Instruments and Intel. Frank enjoyed his pet dog Cookie and pet dove 'Bird'.      He is survived by his loving wife Winnie; sons Frank W. (Sharee) Hallman, III of Irvine, California, Timothy A. (Kaye) Hallman of Tempe, Arizona; daughter Kimberly D. A. (Amy) Hallman of Bellevue, Washington; brothers Rich (Bette) Hallman of Oklahoma, David Hallman of Arizona; six grandchildren Danielle, Frankie IV, Shandi, Cameron, Sydney and Chelsea. Frank was preceded in death by his parents.
