Georgia Hubbell

Georgia M. Hubbell, 78, died September 23, 1999 in Port Orchard, Washington.  She was born June 30, 1921 in Seward, Alaska to Raymond and Christine (Heitman) Young. She moved to Port Orchard at the age of 15 and graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1939.  She married Allan W. Hubbell on February 22, 1942 in Port Orchard.  He preceded her in death in 1984.Mrs. Hubbell was a homemaker and a member of the Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC), and 4-H of Kitsap County.    She is survived by her sons Ray Hubbell, Bill Hubbell, and Gary Hubbell all of Port Orchard; daughters Trisha Lintho-Hubbell of Benton City, Washington, and Carol Hubbell of Port Orchard; brother Raymond Young of Seattle; sister Marie Alvarado of Carson City, Nevada; grandchildren Michael Hubbell, Colleen Jacobs-Kincaid, Jason Hubbell, Jondrea Hubbell, Robin Hubbell, Kris Linto, Heather Kanta-Hubbell, Scott Bentley; and 5 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by grandsons Edwin Hubbel and John E. Jacobs.Memorial services will be held on Sunday September 26, 1999 at 12:00 noon at Manchester State Park.  Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Kitsap County, 3100 Bucklin Hill Rd #101, Silverdale, Wa 98383.
