Glen Greseth

November 20, 1912 — April 3, 2008

Together Again Glen O. Greseth of Port Orchard once again joined hands with his wife, Oleah on April 3, 2008. He died at Manor Care of Gig Harbor, Washington of natural causes. He was 95 years old. He was born November 20, 1912 in Alamo, North Dakota to Einar and Lillie Greseth. He finished high school there and went on to Minot Teachers College. He taught two years at Ambrose, ND, then went west to receive his Masters Degree from Western Washington University. He taught upper grades at Tono, WA, Collins School, Vinland Elementary, and 25 years at South Kitsap Junior & High Schools. He married Oleah Dole on June 12, 1938. They enjoyed 67 years together. In the spring of 1949 they founded Port Orchard Nursery. He loved hunting and fishing and long trips in their trailer with the catch of his life (Oleah). He is survived by his brother Harvey (Ella Mae) Greseth; son E.B. (Kay) Greseth, daughter-in-law Sandy Greseth; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Oleah in December 2005, son Glen E. Greseth in December 2003, parents Einar & Lillie Greseth, sister Ada (Nick) Sekulich, and sister Lyda (Forrest "Mug") Murray. A Memorial Service will be held at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard at 1:00pm on Sunday, April 13, 2008. Inurnment will be at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard.
