Gregory Duane Fessler

Greg passed away peacefully July 24, 2014 in his family home surrounded by loved ones. He was born March 22, 1941 in Bremerton, WA to Adelbert and Elizabeth Fessler. A lifetime Port Orchard resident except for his Navy submarine service from 1961-74, he retired from PSNS in 1996. His interests were military history, sports, hunting, camping, clamming, classic cars, and sub vets, with a passion for family and friends.
Greg is survived by his loving wife Connie of nearly 50 years, daughters Dedra Morris of Port Orchard, Denise Mack (Craig) of Olympia, and Danielle Greer (Curt) of Oceanside, CA; six grandkids: Justine, Tyler, Connor, Hannah, Emily and Madelyn; and sister Susan Bossert (Sam) of Bremerton.
Member of Colby United Methodist, Saints Car Club, Sub Vets of Bremerton (Holland Club), VFW, American Legion, DAV and Fleet Reserve.
A celebration of life will be held at Christian Life Center, August 1 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Greg Fessler can be made to:
