Harley Davis

Harley John Davis, 82, died July 26, 2010at Harrison Memorial Center in Bremerton following many years of Asbestosis.  He was born September 26, 1927 in Toppenish, WA.  He married the love of his life, Lillian Blowers, in Bremerton on March 27, 1949.
Harley worked for 39 years at PSNS in Shop 17 & Code 2310, retiring as a Nuclear Engineering Technician.  He also served in the U.S. Navy from 1943 to 1945.  He loved fishing, hunting, farming, and being out of doors.  He was always very proud of his farm on the Old Belfair Hwy.
Surviving are his wife Lillian of 62 years, children Linda Moen of Seabeck & Don and Chris Davis of Bremerton; grandchildren Casalee Lynn Taylor & Clinton John "CJ" Moen of Seabeck; great-grandchildren Maric & Lillian Taylor, also of Seabeck.  He was preceded in death by a sister and 2 brothers.
A Tribute to Harley's life will be at the Bremerton Elks at 2:00 pm on August 13th.  In lieu of  flowers, donations in Harley's name are suggested to American Lung Association, 2615 3rd Ave, Seattle WA 98121.
