Helen M. Montresor of Gig Harbor, Washington died of natural causes March 18, 2004 at her residence. She was 79. She was born August 19, 1924 in Brockway, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Susanna (Galovic) Charnisky. She married Harold W. Dodds in Florida in 1943. Harold died in 1970. Helen graduated from Brockway High School in Brockway, Pennsylvania; and, attended Dubois Business College. She was a homemaker. During WWII she worked as a civilian aircraft engine assembler for Pratt-Whitney. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, family (especially 13 great grandchildren). Helen was Catholic and attended St. Nicholas in Gig Harbor. Helen is survived by daughters - Ann Fisher of Gig Harbor, Washington, Kathleen Sears of Harsens Island, Michigan; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husbands - Harold W. Dodds and August Montresor, and the last and youngest of 18 children. A visitation was held March 23, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center. A graveside service was held March 23, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington.
