Herman Daniel Clark, 73, died at his home in Olalla, Washington on November 29, 2006. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on January 15, 1933 to Elmer & Edna (Meed) Clark. He graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1951 and married Dolores E. Stafford in Bremerton, Washington on February 22, 1952. Herman worked as a Marine Machinist at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington for 36 years, retiring in 1986. He enjoyed bowling, Sonics basketball, his dogs JoJo & Missy, and coaching youth football and baseball. Surviving are his wife Dolores; sons Gerald (Connie) Clark and Phillip Clark of Olalla; daughter Sheila Clark of Olalla; brothers Don Clark & Dave (Fern) Clark; grandchildren Gerald, Jr, Ryan & Daniel Clark;and extended family Harold "Bud" Stafford, Jack & Sam Foster and many others. Funeral service at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Interment will follow at Miller Woodlawm Memorial Park in Bremerton.
