Irene G. Gogerty

Irene G. Gogerty, 86, of Allyn died April 3, 2015 at her residence surrounded by family. Irene was born March 19, 1929 in Brainard, Minnesota to Andrew & Flossie Shuffelen. On November 10, 1962 she married Daniel Gogerty in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Irene worked for Boeing and was a homemaker. Irene & Daniel were committed to the CHOSIN FEW Marine Corp organization and enjoyed many gatherings and conventions every June in Reno. Survivors include 2 sons – Roy & Daniel and a daughter – Kathleen all of Allyn, 5 brothers and a sister. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister. Services will be 12:30 Tuesday, April 14th at Tahoma National Cemetery under the direction of Rill’s Life Tribute Center. An online memorial can be accessed at www.rill.com .
