Irene Surby

Irene A. Surby died July 15, 2003 at her Port Orchard, Washington residence. She was 86.She was born June 2, 1917 in Hartford, Connecticutt to Joseph and Mable (Scott) Krauss.She married Edward Surby in San Francisco in 1938.Irene was a homemaker.She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Lakeport, California.Irene is survived by son - Robert E. Surby of San Francisco, California; daughters - Judith A. Talley of Port Orchard, Washington and Mary E. Shipman of Travelers Rest, South Carolina; 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great/great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers - Robert and Joseph.A memorial service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on Monday July 21, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.Memorial Donations may be made to:Hospice of Kitsap CountyP.O.
