Jack Eaton, 81, of Olalla, WA, died Sept 13, 2008 of cancer at his home. He was born April 30, 1927 in Malden, WA, to Frank and Mary Alta (Mackey) Eaton. He served as a PFC in the 511th Parachute Infantry in the US Army from 1945 to 1947 being awarded the Victory Medal. He married Beverly Mobley on Aug 30, 1947 in Olalla. Jack worked for 29 years as a machinist at Boeing. He also loved fishing. He is the last of 10 children. Survivors include his wife, Beverly, of Olalla; sons George (Robin) Eaton of WA and Robert (Dee) Eaton of SC; daughters Mary (Cecil) Pullins, of Olalla, Betty (Gene) Seichter, of MN, and Alice (Steve) Knutson, of Port Orchard, WA; 16 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren. Graveside service will be Friday, Sept 19, 1:00PM at Fraola Cemetery in Port Orchard. A special thank you to Hospice of Kitsap County.
