Jack Peabody

Jack L. Peabody died of Primary Pulmondary Hypertension at his Bremerton, Washington residence December 12, 2002. He was 61.He was born March 9, 1941 in Concord, California to Charles and Sara (Russell) Peabody.He married Barbara (Schmidt) Peabody February 21, 1976.He graduated from high school in Placerville, California.Jack served in the U.S. Navy from 1956 to 1980. He attained the rank of Chief.After retiring from the U.S. Navy he had worked for McGlaughlin and Vitro located in Kitsap County. He worked 24 years combined total.Jack was a Christian.He is survived by his wife Barbara (Schmidt) Peabody of the Bremerton, Washington home; daughters - Melissa Black of Silverdale, Washington and Kim Cowgill and husband Dave of Bremerton, Washington; sons - Charles Peabody of Silverdale, Washington, Ronald Topp and wife Jennifer of Enumclaw, Washington; brother - Jere Peabody of Placerville, California; sister - Jill Lincoln of Carson City, Nevada; 9 grandchildren (Joel & Tyler Cowgill, Shaunna & Scott Peabody, Daniel & Ashley Black, Jordan, McKenna & Maxwell Topp).There will be a private service.Memorial donations may be made to:PHA, P.O:.
