Jackie Busek

Jackie L. Busek died October 25, 2002 at his Port Orchard, Washington residence. He was 69.He was born to John and Lila (Steen) Busek March 6, 1933 in Bismark, North Dakota.He served in the U.S. Army from January 1953 to December 1954, attaining rank of Sergeant. He received the Korean Service Medal.Jack was a milkman for Darigold Milk Company in Bremerton, Washington for 39 years - retiring in 1991.He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating and the outdoors.He is survived by his best friend, Sam Stornelli of Port Orchard, Washington; son - John Busek (and wife) of Key Center, Washington; daughter - Jerri Law (and husband Greg) of Port Orchard, Washington; brothers - Loren Busek of Montana and Ken Busek of Port Orchard, Washington; and, grandson - Brandon Law. He was preceded in death by brother - Stanley Busek.A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at Rill Chapel of Port Orchard, Washington.Inurnment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery, also of Port Orchard, Washington.
