James D. Hicks passed away at Harrison Hospital at the age of 73. James is predeceased by his parents Cliff Hicks and Tressie Hicks and 2 sisters Anita Spatz and Julie Tomlin. James has 2 living sisters Karen Wright and Debbie Kenfield.
James graduated from South Kitsap in 1961, spent 6 years in the Air Force, then becoming a Bricklayer, retiring after 50 years in Bricklayer Local Union.
There will be a graveside service at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard on Dec. 22 at 11:00.
