James W Rotter

James W. Rotter, 82 of Port Orchard, died Wednesday October 31st at Manor Care in Gig Harbor. He was born November 29, 1929 in Bremerton, Wa to Benjamin & Margaret (Wallace) Rotter. On December 29, 1959 he married Yvonne in Wenatchee, Wa. James was a Land Surveyor with Horton Dennis and Associates for 25 years. In his younger years James was an All-State high school football player and later enjoyed walking, bowling and playing cards. He was also a member of the Wenatchee Eagles. James is survived by his son - John (Josie) Rotter of Port Orchard; three sisters Carolyn McNess of Bothell, Judy Martsolf of Fairbanks, Alaska and Marie Logan of Kansas; three brothers – Bob (Delores) Rotter of Lynnwood, Mike Rotter of Fairbanks, Alaska and Martine (Arlene) Rotter of Ballard.
