Born September 5, 1929 to Mary & Walter Young in Weiser, ID. At age 10, he moved to Manchester, living the rest of his life there.
He served 2 years active duty in the Army and 5 years in the reserves. He retired from Sprinkler Fitting after many year of service. Jim enjoyed fishing, crabbing, shrimping and hunting. He also enjoyed taking his boat trips with his wife Alice to Canada & Alaska.
Jim passed away at home surrounded by his family & friends. Jim is survived by his wife Alice; daughters Kim (Lance) Norton and Lisa (Dwayne) Chu; son Bob Bell; sister Dena (Bob) Bean; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Joyce Gregerson.
The family will be holding a private memorial. Rest in peace my Love!
