Jan ''Mom'' Dee Fouche'r, 58 of Port Orchard, Washington died on June 17, 1998. She was born on March 19, 1940 in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Estacada High School in Oregon. Jan married Francis ''Frenchy'' Fouche'r in San Diego, California on May 16, 1959.Survivors include her husband; sons Jason & Michael, both of Port Orchard; daughters Kimberli Miller of Bremerton and Janice Fouche'r of Port Orchard; brothers David Elwell of Chico, California and Russell Elwell of Shelton, Washington; sister Chris Gosser of Hoodsport, Washington; and 8 grandchildren.Visitation is from 9:00am to Noon on June 20, 1998 at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard. Memorial Service is June 22, 1998 at 3:00pm at Rill Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 2674, Silverdale, WA 98383.
