Jean Louise Tellinghusen

Jean Louise Tellinghusen, 83, of Port Orchard, WA passed away on May 2, 2014. She was born on March 5, 1931, in Bremerton, WA to John & Violet (Baxter) Luke. On October 25, 1946, she married Floyd (Bud) Tellinghusen in Port Orchard, WA.
She is survived by her brother, John Luke, of Bremerton, Daughters, Terry (Ken) McEdwards, of Port Orchard, Shirley (Ron) Seelye, of Seattle, Son Bob (Ann) Tellinghusen of Valley Ford. Her life was devoted to raising her family which resulted in 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud Tellinghusen and Sisters, Viola Tibbits & Mary Denton.
Viewing Schedule at Rill Chapel (1151 Mitchell Ave, Port Orchard) begins on Wed, May 7th at Noon for the family and open to everyone Thursday 1-5, Friday 9-1.
Graveside Services will be held Friday May 9, 2014 at 2:00pm at Sunset Lane Cemetery at 1000 Bethel Ave, Port Orchard.
We would like to honor our mother with a Celebration of Her Life on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Parkwood Community Club at 3045 Madrona Drive SE, Port Orchard from 12pm-4pm. It will be an Open House Potluck and please feel free to bring a special photo (or photos) to share at her Celebration of Life. Tag boards will be provided for display.
