Jeanette Zink

Jeanette L. Zink, 89 of Bremerton, Washington died in Poulsbo, Washington on November 2, 2007. She was born on January 7, 1918 in Madison, Wisconsin to Lee & Veronica (Kleinheinz) Cripps. She married William M. Zink in 1946 and soon after moved to Walla Walla, Washington. Jeanette worked for the Army Corps of Engineers for 32 years, retiring in 1980. She moved to Bremerton after her retirement and enjoyed traveling, golf, and gardening. She loved watching her nieces and nephews sports activities. Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband William; sisters Edith Hansen, Marie Houser & Phyllis Miller; brother Lee (Bud) Cripps; her parents; and nephew William Gallagher. Surviving is her sister LaVerne Gallagher of Bremerton, Washington. Celebration of Life service at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Visitation will be November 10th from 11:00am to the service. Interment will be at Skyline Memorial Gardens in Portland, Oregon on Monday, November 12, 2007 at 1:00 pm. We are going to miss you and love you always.
