Jeanne Elizabeth Bell, age 35, died May 25, 2001 in Bremerton, WA. She was born September 18, 1965 in Seattle, WA. Mrs. Bell graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, WA., in 1983 and from the University of Washington, Phi Beta Kappa, in Seattle, WA. Mrs. Bell worked as a counselor for the division of Vocal Rehabiliation and for the past 5 years she was a columnist for Port Orchard Independent.She enjoyed writing and being outdoors, especially at the ocean.Mrs. Bell married Garren Bell on August 3, 1985 in Port Orchard, WA.She is survived by her husband Garren Bell of Port Orchard, WA., daughter Madison Bell of the family home, mother Kathleen Voyce of Seattle, WA., father James Willey Jr., of Port Orchard, WA., brother Michael Jackson of Seattle, WA., sister Jackie Stewart of Lynnwood, WA., and maternal grandmother Theresa Voyce of Bremerton, WA.Memorial services will be held at the Colby United Methodist Church, Saturday June 2, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment will be at Miller Woodlawn Memorial Park.
