Jerry Carter

Jerry Carter, loving husband and proud father and grandfather, passed away at Harborview Medical Center due to a brain aneurysm with his family by his side. He raised his family in Port Orchard and recently relocated to Bremerton. He enjoyed spending time with his family and best friends, Beau and Roxy. He is survived by his wife, Jo Carter; son, Allen Carter; daughters , Lisa Evinrude, Jerri Wennerberg and Kelly Carter-Robinson; sons-in-law Karl Evinrude, Curt Wennerberg and Daniel Robinson; grandsons Kristoffer Evinrude, currently serving his country in Iraq, Zachary Fuller, Jordan Carter and Tyler Carter; his granddaughters Sarah Elix, Aimee Evinrude, Mallory Carter, Krystal Wennerberg, Hayley Wennerberg and Kylie Carter-Wheeler; great-grandsons Elijah Elix and Dylon Lewis; and great-granddaughter Emily Fuller. He is also survived by his mother Minnielee Carter; brother Larry Carter and his sisters Karen Shelby and Joyce Lay. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jerry's life at the Robinson's home on Saturday, February 2nd between 12:30 and 4 pm.
