Jerry R. Hallett, Sr.died January 10, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was 70.He was born October 15, 1932 to Charlie W. Hallett, Sr. and Cornelia M. (Husbands) Hallett in Texarkana, Texas.He graduated from Ashdown High School in Ashdown, Arkansas in 1951.Jerry married Maria M. (Mariano) Hallett October 28, 1954 in California.He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1951 to 1959. He was a Corporal.He also worked as a pipe fitter for various plumbing companies in Los Angeles, California. He worked a total for 22 years - retiring in 1990.Jerry enjoyed fishing and camping.He is survived by his wife, Maria M. (Mariano) Hallett of Wilton, Arkansas; sons - Jerry hallett, Jr. (and wife Darla) of Ashdown, Arkansas and Daniel E. Hallett (and wife Kerrie) of Ashdown, Arkansas; daughters - Tina Wommack (and husband Scott) of Queen City, Texas, Frances Walraven of Port Orchard, Washington, Katherine Hallett-Myers (and husband Sam) of Port Orchard, Washington; 11 grandchildlren and 4 great-grandchildren.A graveside service will be held at Wilton Cemetery in Wilton, Arkansas.
