Jerry P Lindsey

Jerry Lindsey, 79, of Bremerton, WA passed away Nov 28, 2012. He was born June 6, 1933 in Naches, WA to Archie and Hatty (Bassett) Lindsey. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Patricia, and sister Lois Signal. He is survived by brothers Jack,of Keyport, WA and Fred (Mary), of Allyn, WA; son Brian Littlefield, of Port Orchard, WA; brother-in-laws Don and Jack McMahon; 7 step children, Dan Kennedy, Mike Kennedy, Bill Kennedy, John Kennedy, Kathy McFarlane, Sally Stephens, Tammy Thompson, all of Belfair, WA; niece Cindy Signal, of Belfair; Joyce and Janet Littlefield, of Port Orchard, and Earl Osterhaut; serveral grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Jerry served in the Navy and Merchant Marines and spent many years working in the evergreens. Jerry and Patricia loved going after chantrell and masitaki mushrooms. He was a champion pool player and shuffle boarder. Jerry was kind and loving, always sought out the best in everyone, and had a friendly hi and smile. He will be so greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial will be held at 2PM, December 16, 2012 at the Gorst Family Worship Center with a pot luck reception following at the Belfair Eagles.
